Here, you’re never alone with your training and lifestyle change—we start with an in-depth conversation about your dreams and goals, and then we find the right path together. Whether you choose 1–3 personal training sessions per week or an online program, the focus is on giving you the best and most personal experience.
Training takes place at Sporting Health Club in central Copenhagen or Nordhavn. I will always recommend an in-person program, but if you’re not able to come to Copenhagen, we can absolutely tailor an online program together.
