Do you need a training program that is tailored specifically to you and your everyday life? I offer a personal course that is specifically tailored to your goals and your daily life.
Here you are never alone in your training and lifestyle change – we start with an in-depth conversation about your dreams and goals, after which we can find the right path together. Whether you choose personal training 1-3 times per week or an online course, the focus is on giving you the best and most personal experience.
The training takes place at Sporting Health Club in inner Copenhagen or Nordhavn. I would always recommend a physical course, but if you are unable to come to Copenhagen, we can easily tailor an online course together.
