My biggest motivation
My name is Lucas Vincenzo Tammaro – but I am often just called Tammaro among my clients. The most important thing for me is to create a personal relationship with you when you are in a course with me. The better we know each other, the better I can help and motivate you.
My courses and trainings are therefore far from just about exercises and diet plans, but also about understanding you, where you come from and understanding the specific challenges you face.
As a child and teenager, I was overweight myself and lost 20 kg, and it changed my life. I know what it feels like to struggle with weight, which is why I am passionate about helping others find the same joy in exercise and good nutrition as I do, so that it can become a completely natural part of your everyday life.

Where I started
I have had the pleasure of working at Kaatsu Fitness since 2018, where I have built up a broad knowledge base and close contact with many clients. The experience and personal bond I have created over the years motivated me to start my own. Therefore, I have had my own clients since 2021.
My journey as a personal trainer began with a 2-year education from Next Copenhagen – but my passion for training goes back much further.
Where I am now
Today I train my clients at Sporting Health Club in Copenhagen – a place where we have the best facilities to ensure that your training is tailored to you.
I am also a nutritionist and have had the great pleasure of advising clients at all 8 Kaatsu Fitness centers since 2022.
For me, it’s always about being present and creating a personal plan that fits each person’s goals and lifestyle. When I’m not coaching or mentoring, I spend a large part of my time diving into new knowledge and studies. It is important for me to stay up to date so that I can give my clients the best guidance – both in training and diet.
