Where can the training take place?
- At your workplace: Indoors or outdoors, depending on space and possibilities.
- Outdoors: At one of Copenhagen’s many outdoor training spots close to your office.
- In Sporting Health Club: This is where I also train my personal clients. (Requires membership of the center.)

How is payment made?
We agree on the length of the program in advance. Payment is made before the start via invoice and bank transfer. The prices apply when purchasing a minimum of 8 weeks of training with a minimum of 1 weekly session.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation or rescheduling must be done no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time. Otherwise, the session will be counted as held.
How many people can participate?
The price applies to up to 15 employees.
