With me, a meal plan doesn’t mean weighing broccoli. It means gaining the tools to eat intuitively, based on what your body needs. And yes—it can include a delicious meal plan, even during a weight loss program.

In addition to being a training nerd, I’m a certified nutrition coach with a 2-year government-approved education. I understand how the body, training, and food interact—and I teach you how to use that knowledge in real life.

We start with a deep conversation about your eating habits and goals. From there, I create a personalized nutrition guide. Every week, we follow up and adjust both training and diet to keep you on track.
